Assembling in BLOCK LOCK system |
Block Lock is an easy and comfortable system for building glass blocks walls. The system consists in using special assembling PVC profiles, fastened between glass blocks and joining them, using special glue.

| 1. Check if the angle between a wall and floor is 90°. | 2. Place the Block Lock glue in the middle of floor profile and wall profile. Fasten the profiles to the floor and wall, then place the Block Lock glue on the top surface of the floor profile and on the wall profile on the section of 20 cm up. | 3. Place the first ClaroGlass block. |

| 4. Place the Block Lock glue on the section of 18 cm, on both sides of the vertical profile. | 5. Fasten the vertical profile to the glass block. Repeat steps 4, 3 and 5. | 6. Place the Block Lock glue on the horizontal profile and place it on the first layer of glass blocks. |

| 7. Repeat actions with next layer. Place 5-6 layers and leave for drying. Continue work after 24 hours. | 8. When the wall is dry after further 24 hours, fill the joints with pointing mortar for glass blocks in chosen colour. | 9. This step finishes building a wall. The wall may be finished with glass or mirror tiles or finishing strips made of PCV and stainless steel. |
